We had an issue with the delivery of our grate. The grate broke through the packaging and two legs were missing. I contacted the vendor and the parts were FedExed immediately. Very happy with the quick response and resolution!!! Also, the grate is perfect for our new fire pit!!

This is the REAL DEAL !! Made of solid steel square rods. Not hollow tubing. Well welded construction. It may warp under extreme heat, but what won’t. I had purchased a fire bowl from Wallyworld . And it’s “fire grate” was a joke. This fit perfectly inside that bowl. I purchased shorter bolts to fit into the welded nut positions, so I could adjust the gap below the grate, inside the bowl. VERY PLEASED with this purchase. I was able to buy at a discounted $rate, as a returned/reconditioned product. It came in a box, with all the “feet” rolling around within. Would be willing to pay full price next time.

I have a large firepit I made from a busted syrup kettle. This is the first grate I have bought that fits and it looks like it will last longer than the last three. This one has better welds and I left the screw on legs off because they would bend when heat is applied due to the curvature of the syrup kettle. I've already burned a 6 hour fire in it and it didn't deform in any dimension.

The package was damaged when received (holes). 3 of 4 of the legs plus the poker were missing. I sent a couple of pictures to them and they immediately replaced the parts with no problems. Their packaging needs improvement by it is a nice, heavy, quality fire pit grate with great value for the price. Highly recommend.

We bought this for our outdoor firepit. We had one of those fancy looking pits from Home Depot, but it rusted out super fast. This is a true, solid, cast iron grate. It's thick and it's heavy, and it will last for decades before rusting out! You do have to assemble it, but it's super easy. Use some PB blaster or some such lubricant on the threads to make the job even easier.
