This was such an amazing choice. I would suggest to anybody to get the double burner over a single burner. You can install this yourself. However in dealing with gas I feel it was best done by our friend Joe the plumber. We absolutely love this.

I purchased this burner kit to convert my wood burning fireplace to gas. We dont love logs so we purchased lava rock and ceramic balls to pair with it. Has a nice flame and can put out way more than I need. I barely have to open the valve. So far everything is to plan should it change I will update but 5 stars from me.

I was pleasantly surprised at the size flame it made! I am going to use it for a film shoot. I bought ceramic fire wood for it and it looks great!

This burner includes everything you need: an angle pipe-to-flare connector, a straight pipe-to-flare connector, flex line with flare connections on both ends, and basic but adequate rock wool. The flex pipe can be connected to either end of the burner. In my use the fireplace will only be used occasionally and I expect that the burner will last years. In a colder climate, or if you burn your fireplace every night during the cold season, I'd go for a heavier-gauge burner. In my review of the Skyflame birch logs you can see the final effect. It looks realistic, especially through glass fireplace doors.

At first I could not get it to work!! Did not come with directions but very simple. If you understand, just plumb it straight up to the existing gas line. Install a shut-off valve. Use that to control high and low. Other than that worked flawlessly. Highly would recommend.

I purchased this unit as a direct replacement for the rusted out 24" burner pan I already had. The old one lasted some 15 years and this one looks like it will provide years of service as well. My only complaint is that it makes a bit of a whistle sound as the gas is burning. Maybe it will subside as it breaks in a bit. Other than that, it was a good choice.

I went the cheap route for these inserts, and boy am I glad I did. Had it installed by a professional (I could have done it myself, but working with gas connections scare me) Gives a beautiful flame with fake logs and the burning ember effect is awesome.

It is a complete kit to replace old pan and bummer. Very easy install and is really provides a consistent flame across the back and front burners.

Install was easy and it works well. The flames are full and beautiful. All needed items were included. This was exactly what I needed when my old burner corroded. Great value and quality product.
