– Items should be in their original condition and packaging whenever possible.
– However, if the product has been used, you can still contact us to request a refund.

2. How to Request a Return

– We will provide return instructions and a return address.

– Once the item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund request.

3. Return Shipping

– If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, damaged in shipping), we will cover the return shipping costs.

– If the return is due to customer choice (wrong size/model ordered, changed mind, etc.), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

4. Refunds

-Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

– Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our mistake.
